Your Family Legacy is a service offered by CKR Solutions LLC, doing business as Your Family Legacy (collectively, "CKR," "Your Family Legacy," "we," "us," or "our"). We provide paid access to a self-guided online estate-planning document platform supplied through a third-party technology provider. Customers use the platform to enter their own information and generate documents based on the selections and information they submit.
CKR provides account onboarding, general educational information, administrative assistance, and platform or technical support only. CKR does not select a plan or form for a customer; choose, recommend, or enter questionnaire answers; draft individualized provisions; interpret the effect of a document; review a customer's documents for suitability, accuracy, completeness, enforceability, or legal sufficiency; provide tax, financial, Medicaid, benefits, or other professional advice; or represent customers in any matter.
The platform is self-guided. Customers are solely responsible for deciding whether the platform is appropriate for their needs, entering complete and accurate information, reviewing all generated documents, obtaining independent professional advice when needed, and properly signing, witnessing, notarizing, recording, delivering, maintaining, or funding documents and trusts as applicable.
