This Privacy Notice explains how CKR Solutions LLC DBA Your Family Legacy collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with its website, customer onboarding, account administration, support, billing, and branded access to the self-guided Platform. The third-party Platform provider and payment processor may also process information under their own terms and privacy notices.
9.1 Information we may collect
- Contact and identity information, such as name, email address, telephone number, state, and account identifiers.
- Transaction information, such as package purchased, price, date, payment status, invoice, last four digits or card type supplied by the payment processor, refunds, and billing-dispute information. CKR does not need customers to send full card details through ordinary email.
- Account and technical information, such as invitation status, login or activation events, device or browser data, IP address, security events, feature usage, error messages, and document or workflow status made available through the Platform.
- Support and communications information, including emails, submitted forms, screenshots, call notes, feedback, and records of troubleshooting or billing inquiries.
- Questionnaire and plan information that customers enter directly into the Platform. The Platform provider processes this information to generate and deliver the customer's selected outputs. CKR may have administrative access to information reasonably necessary for account administration, support, security, billing, and service operation, subject to access controls and provider functionality.
9.2 How information is used
- Create, activate, administer, secure, and support customer accounts.
- Process transactions, send receipts and access invitations, and address billing inquiries or payment disputes.
- Operate, troubleshoot, maintain, improve, and protect the website and Platform experience.
- Communicate service, security, policy, support, and document-status information.
- Detect fraud, misuse, security threats, and violations of applicable terms.
- Comply with law, enforce agreements, protect rights and safety, and establish or defend claims.
9.3 How information may be disclosed
Information may be disclosed only as reasonably necessary to:
- The third-party Platform provider, hosting providers, payment processor, email or communications providers, analytics or security providers, and contractors that support service operation.
- Financial institutions, payment networks, fraud-prevention services, auditors, insurers, or advisers in connection with transactions, disputes, compliance, or risk management.
- Government authorities, courts, regulators, or other persons when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or prevent fraud.
- A buyer, successor, affiliate, lender, or adviser in connection with a proposed or completed merger, financing, reorganization, or sale of business assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.
- Other persons at the customer's direction or with the customer's consent.
CKR does not use customer plan-questionnaire content for targeted advertising and does not knowingly sell plan-questionnaire content for money. The website may use ordinary cookies or similar technologies for security, essential functionality, preferences, performance, and analytics. Browser settings may permit customers to control some cookies.
9.4 Payment information
Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. CKR generally receives transaction status and limited payment details rather than full payment-card information. Customers should enter payment information only through the secure checkout and should never send full card numbers or security codes to CKR by email.
9.5 Data retention
CKR retains information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide and administer the service, maintain business and tax records, respond to disputes, enforce agreements, protect security, and comply with law. Retention of information inside the Platform may also depend on the Platform provider's features, contract, backup practices, and legal obligations. Information may remain in backups for a limited period after deletion.
9.6 Security
CKR uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of information it controls. No system, transmission, or storage method is completely secure. Customers are responsible for protecting credentials, devices, email accounts, downloaded documents, and originals. Notify CKR promptly of suspected unauthorized account access.
9.7 Customer choices and requests
Customers may request access, correction, or deletion of certain information by emailing frenchonrencher@ckrsolutionsllc.com. CKR may need to verify identity and may retain information required for transactions, security, disputes, legal compliance, or other permitted purposes. Some requests involving Platform data may need to be processed by or coordinated with the Platform provider. Rights vary by state, and CKR will honor applicable rights.
9.8 Sensitive information and email safety
Enter requested plan information only through the designated Platform. Do not send Social Security numbers, full financial account numbers, full payment-card information, health records, or copies of highly sensitive identity documents through ordinary email unless CKR provides a secure approved method and specifically requests the information for a legitimate purpose.
9.9 Children
The service is not directed to children under 18, and CKR does not knowingly permit a child under 18 to create a purchasing account. Adults may enter information about children when reasonably necessary for their own self-guided planning workflow.
9.10 Changes and contact
CKR may update this Privacy Notice to reflect service, provider, security, or legal changes. The updated effective date will be posted.
