Effective Date: August 13, 2026
Charges may appear on a customer's statement under CKR Solutions LLC, Your Family Legacy, or another clearly disclosed payment descriptor used at checkout. If you do not recognize a charge, believe the amount is incorrect, experience an access problem, or have another billing concern, contact CKR before submitting a billing dispute or chargeback to your bank, card issuer, payment service, or other financial institution.
Required first-contact process
By purchasing a Plan Package, you agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve billing questions directly with CKR first. Email frenchonrencher@ckrsolutionsllc.com with the subject line "Billing Inquiry" and allow a reasonable opportunity, generally up to 10 business days, for investigation and response before initiating a payment dispute, unless you reasonably believe the charge resulted from stolen payment credentials or other actual fraud requiring immediate notice to your financial institution.
Information to include
- Customer's full name and account email.
- Purchase date and amount.
- Last four digits of the payment method, if available.
- Order, invoice, or receipt number, if available.
- A clear explanation of the concern and any relevant screenshots or communications.
Never email a complete payment-card number, card security code, password, Social Security number, or full bank-account number.
Nonrefundable digital access
Plan Package purchases are nonrefundable after digital access is issued or activated because licensed digital content and platform access become immediately available and cannot be returned. Limited corrections remain available for verified duplicate charges, incorrect charged amounts, unresolved activation failures caused solely by CKR or the Platform, and refunds required by law.
Records provided in a payment dispute
If a customer submits a billing dispute, CKR may respond through the payment processor or financial institution and provide relevant transaction records, including the product description, amount authorized, acceptance of checkout terms, Refund Policy, order confirmation, access-delivery and activation records, login or usage records, technical-support history, and customer communications. CKR may suspend related account access while a payment dispute is pending when permitted by law and provider rules.
No waiver of non-waivable rights
This policy requires a good-faith first attempt to resolve ordinary billing questions directly with CKR. It does not eliminate rights that applicable law or binding card-network rules do not permit a customer to waive. If a customer's card or credentials were stolen or used without authorization, the customer should contact the financial institution promptly and notify CKR so the related account can be secured.
